Aerie Visitations

Spring Executive Session (Saturday March 21)

  • Location: Victoria
Meeting Locations:
  • The Provincial Aerie will meet at the Aerie Hall, located at 891 Esquimalt Rd.
  • The Provincial Auxiliary will meet at a meeting room located at 165 Kimta Rd, a short drive from the aerie.
  • Both meetings rooms will be available from 8 am Saturday. Tea and Coffee will be provided at both meeting areas.
Lunch will be served at the Aerie on Saturday at Noon. Cost and the menu has yet to be determined. Lunch may be followed by a Joint meeting at the Aerie at 1 pm. Then each group will return to their meeting rooms for the afternoon sessions.

Friday March 20
  • Victoria Aerie 12 will host a dinner on Friday, March 20th, at the Aerie from 5 to 7 pm for all members. The Cost will be $15.
  • The menu is still be decided but we will update you with this info in the coming weeks.
  • Friday night always features Live Music from 7:30 pm to 10 pm. This is a good opportunity for everyone to gather for a “meet and greet”.

Saturday March 21 Dinner

Victoria Aerie 12 is hosting the official visit of Provincial Aerie President Barbara Bell – with a dinner and Live Music on Saturday night following the executive meetings.
Everyone is invited. The cost and menu will be updated in the coming weeks.

  • We are currently holding 14 Harbourview Rooms with a Single Queen Bed and 6 Harbourview Rooms with Two Double Beds. Further rooms will be made available as needed.
  • Please note that Harbourview Rooms may be subject to heightened levels of noise during the day due to construction activity in the harbour
  • The room rate is $175 per night plus 17.16% tax
  • A credit card must be provided to guarantee all reservations. 24 hour cancellation policy will apply.

Shuttle Vans:
Victoria Aerie 12 will provide some shuttle vans to and from the hotel and the Aerie to the meeting locations on the weekend. Further info on this will be provided closer to the date.
