BC Hospice Palliative Care Association is a not-for-profit, membership organization, which has been representing individuals and organizations committed to promoting and delivering hospice/palliative care to British Columbians since 1986. Our Members provide a broad range of services to British Columbians who are dying and to their loved ones who are grieving; BCHPCA Members provide these services in all regions of the Province.
Each year, BCHPCA hosts an educational event which focusses on topics of interest to healthcare professionals, hospice society staff and volunteers and members of allied organizations who are committed to quality end of life care.
Our Provincial Worthy President would like all Aeries to get in touch with your local Hospice or Palliative care facility and work with them to help them with their fundraising goals.
Parkinson Society British Columbia is the voice of British Columbians living with Parkinson’s. Our purpose is to ease the burden and find a cure for Parkinson’s disease through advocacy, education, research and support services.
Established in 1969, Parkinson Society British Columbia, governed by a voluntary Board of Directors, is supported entirely by donations from individuals, members, corporations, foundations and the dedicated efforts of volunteers.
Every person touched by Parkinson’s deserves to know that they are not alone in their journey. We are here for you. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is committed to offering support, sharing reliable information and raising funds for programs and research.
We are part of a strong community united in our dedication to improve the lives of those affected by Parkinson’s.
